Location decisions remain subject to land availability, due diligence, zoning, infrastructure, water, agriculture, accessibility, financing, feasibility, partnerships, and required approvals.

No. Perfected States does not currently operate a residential community or advertise counseling as an available
resident service. Counseling, healthcare, housing, and other support services are part of the long-term vision and
would require qualified professionals, appropriate licensing, insurance, partnerships, facilities, funding, and approvals
before becoming available.

Perfected does not mean flawless people or a sinless community. It points to Christ's ongoing work of bringing people
toward maturity, wholeness, and faithful purpose. States refers to conditions of the heart, relationships, families,
communities, and shared life. The name describes a direction under grace - not a claim that anyone has arrived.

The book places Christ before community. Perfected States is not the Gospel or a claim that people can build a
flawless society. It is an envisioned expression of transformed people practicing love, generosity, stewardship, service,
forgiveness, and shared purpose. A person does not need a Perfected States address to begin living as an ambassador
for Christ.
