Our Story

Perfected States

A Community Built on Faith, Purpose, and Shared Prosperity

Imagine a place where people live in unity, support one another, use their God-given gifts to serve the community, and work together to create a thriving environment for all.

Perfected States Community Corporation is developing self-sustaining Kingdom communities inspired by the early Church described in the Book of Acts—communities where faith is lived out daily, needs are met, talents are valued, and every person has an opportunity to contribute and flourish.

A Message From Our Founder

Perfected States was born from a belief that we were never meant to live disconnected from one another.

I believe God created each of us with gifts, talents, experiences, and purpose—and that communities become stronger when those gifts are used to serve one another.

The early Church showed us a powerful picture of people united through faith, generosity, fellowship, service, and compassion. Perfected States seeks to bring those principles into the modern world in a thoughtful and sustainable way.

We are not asking people to give up their freedom or individuality. We are inviting people to discover what becomes possible when individuals willingly bring their strengths together for something greater than themselves.

This vision is bigger than one person. It will require builders, teachers, farmers, doctors, entrepreneurs, creatives, tradespeople, parents, seniors, mentors, volunteers, donors, innovators, and people from countless walks of life.

Together, we can create communities where people are valued, gifts are honored, families are strengthened, vulnerable people are supported, and future generations have the opportunity to flourish.

We are not simply building neighborhoods. We are building belonging.

Our Vision

Demonstrating God’s Kingdom
Through Christ-Centered Living.

We envision vibrant communities that reflect God’s principles of love, unity, compassion, stewardship, generosity, service, purpose, and care for one another.

When people with different talents, professions, experiences, and abilities work together toward a shared purpose, extraordinary things become possible.

Our vision is to create communities where:

“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10

Our Mission

Perfected States Community Corporation exists to develop self-sustaining intentional Kingdom communities where people can thrive spiritually, emotionally, physically, relationally, and economically.

We seek to create environments that:

Our mission is not simply to build homes.

It is to help build healthy communities where people and families can flourish for generations.

Inspired by a Community That Cared for Everyone

Perfected States Community Corporation is inspired by the early Christian community described in Acts 2:42–47 and Acts 4:32–35.

These passages describe believers who lived with extraordinary generosity, fellowship, unity, prayer, hospitality, service, and mutual care.

They voluntarily shared resources so that people in need could receive support.

PSC seeks to apply those timeless principles in a modern, practical, ethical, and sustainable way.

Participation is voluntary.

Personal ownership is respected.

Individual freedom is protected.

No one is required to sell, surrender, or transfer personal property or possessions.

The goal is not to literally reproduce every economic practice of the ancient Church.

The goal is to restore its spirit:

People may voluntarily contribute their:

We believe generosity is strongest when it comes from love rather than obligation.

***OUR BIBLICAL FOUNDATION***
The model for Perfected States is rooted in Scripture.
Acts 2:44-45
“And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.”
Acts 4:32
“Neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”
The early believers created a community where everyone contributed, everyone belonged, and everyone’s needs were met.
We believe this model still has the power to transform lives today.
